How do I order a replacement sensor?

Im based in canada and this link just insnt working. ive tried once a week to re-order without support. Its been over 2 months now and i havent cancelled my account, as i still want to use my whoop. But need a replacement. PLEASE ADVISE.

Im in Canada. I activated my whoop 5.0’on July 4th, 2025. Less than 3 months in the battery stopped holding charges and I was approved for a censor replacement on Oct 13th with an order number and even got the return label etc. I still haven’t received anything. After reaching out to support again I was told the 5.0 censors are out of stock with NO restock date. And even though the 5.0 censors are still available for purchase on the website and available for free upgrades for 4.0 users with another year of membership, the replacement censors are not. It’s been nearly 2 months and it doesn’t seem like there is a restock date in the near future at all. I asked to cancel my membership and get reimbursed for the remaining amount but never got a reply.

Hi, I’m also having issues ordering a replacement device. I live in Denmark and the link to the EU PDP keep showing out of stock and there’s no way for me to sign up for notify me. I’ve been chasing for more than month. Keep getting the same terrible answer from a bot email. Please refer me to support.

I lost my whoop and can’t order a replacement for it. Would like to have a reply from you since the app doesn’t work.

I lost my wristband and all the ai bot said to do was order a replacement which isn’t possible. Very frustrating, as I am a mg paying member, and am now thinking about possibly cancelling my membership for next year. I’d like to get a new one but seems hard to get a replacement.
