How do I order a replacement sensor?

I’m having the same problem as many here, I recently bought the Whoop 5.0 MG and lost it as it fell off my wrist. I’ve tried to order a new one but it says there is no stock and the AI bot cannot tell me when a new one will be available. I’m currently paying for a membership and considered cancelling my membership and ordering a new one as it says new MG sensors are available for new members but that seems ridiculous. Surely if there are MG sensors in stock for new orders, they can replace an existing member who has already committed and is currently paying a membership fee. This is quite annoying given the whole premise of the tracking means you want to replace it asap and lose minimal tracking time. If anyone has any suggestions pls let me know. I have tried numerous times with the AI bot to get more clarity and emailed support.

Durkin I have lost my 5.0 sensor and I really enjoy the product why am I not able to buy a new sensor when I bought a years worth of membership. Please advise thank you.

I am having the same issue and it’s very annoying. I am not sure what to do and I am not upgraded to health version.

Hi there I lost my Whoop MG. Can you please give ma likn to buy a replacement.

I must say though, that your custmer service is not satisfactory at all. Very frustrating experience. Also I believe there is a serious flaw in product design. Why does the clap open so easiliy. Now I need to spend money again on a device that should be produced in such a manner that it does not open that easily.

Biut for now: please share me a link so i can buy a replacement.

I just lost my 4.0 whoop on vacation this weekend. I would like to order a new sensor and upgrade to a 5.0, but I’m 72 years old, and I’m actually SCARED after reading these posts! Please contact me, Customer Service!
