How do I order a replacement sensor?

Hi Noor, this is untrue, at least according to my experience. Despite logging in, the replacement option is still grayed out as “OUT OF STOCK”, as it has been for the last 3 months. The replacement link does not work for me.

Doing this only results in a canned AI-generated bot email response. It’s exceedingly frustrating.

I thought I was the only one but apparently it’s a major problem for WHOOP…Lost mine 2 months ago, haven’t been able to buy a new sensor yet…. What’s that Customer Experience???!

Very frustrating, mg paying member, now thinking about cancelling my membership for next year. I’d like to get a new one but seems hard to get a replacement.

I just read 12-15 accounts of Whoop customers who actually like the product but hate the bot support which was worthless in helping them the replacement they needed. I lost my Whoop in a security bin yesterday in Chile and thought this would be an easy fix. IM COMING UP ON 2 YEARS wearing my Whoop 24/7 and this is how we get treated. Ironically the bots are hounding me about not wearing it. Lastly after all that someone chimes in to say they’re going to push this up the chain? Is there an answer?

You see nothing about customer support on home page but you do see pics of Mahomes and Sabelanka. I bet they get real person support! I am dumbfounded this is their model. Has anyone found an equivalent?

I’m having the same problem. It’s greyed out if I try to purchase the MG replacement band, even while logged in. The bot specifically told me the sensor would be included if I purchased the MG basics pack. $98 and a week later I discovered that it confidently hallucinated that idea.
The bot also told me to click “Notify Me” to be alerted when it’s in stock. But that button/feature doesn’t seem to exist.
Please be better whoop. You’re charging top-tier prices and giving cash-grab service.

I need a replacement as well. Same issue mentioned 100 times above.

My Whoop MGs band fell off multiple times during outdoor activities (skiing , mtb, trail ,running) The clasp is extremely flimsy metal and if something comes in contact with it at all from the side ,it easily bends and the pins come out so the strap comes off even if clapsed correctly. This happens constantly when taking gloves off. The third time this happened it was lost never to be found again. I reached out to customer service regarding replacement but never heard back for a month now.

I’m hesitant to even buy another one as I suspect the same thing will happen and I’ll just be out more money . What is the solution for this ?
