I’ve been trying to get a replacement sensor for my Whoop 5.0, but I keep getting routed to automated responses that don’t resolve my issue. I’ve also been advised to purchase a power pack, but that’s not the problem — my sensor needs to be replaced.
I’ve contacted support multiple times and have several unresolved requests. Please connect me with a live representative who can arrange the replacement as soon as possible.

I am having the same issue. I wore this while surfing and the clasp came undone and now I have no Whoop. A Whoop representative (not AI) please help. And please make a more secure band.

Hi, this is absolutely insane. I’ve been without a whoop for a few days now and I’ve no idea how to order one.
I also need a sensor since I upgraded my membership but my old device is not working. I clicked the 5.0 link but it says it is sold out. Am I entitled to a new sensor when I upgraded my membership to Peak?

As part of my subscription, my new whoop 5.0 never arrived in the mail. Package tracking says it did. However, I do not have it. It must have disappeared at my doorstep. I have not even bothered asking for a refund. I simply want to buy a new sensor!!
Its impossible!! I accidentally bought a new wristband and charger thinking this will include a sensor! I sent 4 help tickets, begging whoop to take my money for a new sensor, and never received an answer. I know the help page recommending the whoop shop off by heart. It does not work for sensors!
VC growth targets prioritise new subscription rates over existing customer service. Capitalism, fair enough.. So I even considered canceling my existing subscription, and re-subscribing just to receive a new sensor in the mail as an all important “new subscriber”. However, reflecting upon how much money I was prepared to blow just to regain the product I love by paying tripple the price just to circumvent the non existent customer service, my sympathy for propping up whoops ARR seized. I decided to increase their churn-rate instead.

I am trying to replace my 5.0 sensor and I found the link you provided to the page but it says that it is out of stock and there is no “notify me when back in stock” feature like that AI chat bot keeps telling me. Is there a way to order a 5.0 sensor? It seems you can get one with a new subscription but not a replacement?
I’ve been trying to purchase a WHOOP 5.0 strap with sensor replacement, but the page keeps showing it’s out of stock.
After checking community discussions and doing some research, it seems this issue has been ongoing for around three months now.
I also reached out to support via email, but the replies I’m getting appear to be from an AI bot, with no real resolution or human follow-up.
Since I’m based in the Middle East, shipping already takes about 10 days, so I’m really hoping for a fast and direct solution to get my replacement ordered as soon as possible.
Could you please escalate this or provide a working purchase link or manual order option?

I also lost my beloved Whoop and am struggling to order a replacement. It seems to be out of order and I was just trying to check with support how long it will take to get restocked? I only get automated replies with no answers to my question. I really would like to have a Whoop again and also don’t want to wait for too long to start tracking again.
