Hello, I typically wear my bicep band when I workout and today I forgot it so I wore my wristband. I did the same incline treadmill activity as two days ago and actually at a more increased pace yet the data from the wristband is inconsistent compared to the bicep band. You can see in the attached images of my incline treadmill walk on Monday and how my heartbeat steadily increases through the hour compared to today where the data is all over the place despite walking at an increased paced indicated by the amount of steps. Does anybody know why the data differs so much for the two locations? Seems weird that I see all these athletes on the TDF with wristbands yet I question if their athlete data is actually correct.
