Hi I have a question please I referred 2 of my friends and they get their whoop and they activates the there devices and I didn’t receive my gift

Here’s a general question - when using the new whoop 5.0 does it take 3 days to read and re-sync the data?

I recently bought the 5.0 and was cleaning it and forgot to put my reader and slide the band clasp the wrong way and now it’s stuck. Any suggestions?

It’s terrible. Totally inaccurate. Like massively. Showing me with +200bpm. Disrupting all data . Awful.

I’ve been using whoop for 2 years. The 4.0 was good. I reported it to whoop. Even though the numbers are COMPLETELY ridiculous, I have to record numbers, date stamp them, submit them.

This isn’t why I signed up to whoop. I wanted it to be accurate and simple. It’s not.

And their support is polite, but exhausting

Completely agree. A problem for many of us. Nothing is done thought. It’s almost September.
