I’m not the type of person that posts on anything but I’m done with Whoop.
There customer service AI chat bots and ‘careless’ attitude about the customer is too much.
I use device for overall training and specifically training for ocean swim races. I’ve used the device for alittle over two years. Lost a device during a one mile ocean swim race in Sept 2025. I had the silicone sport band cinched down but no love. It fell off towards end of race.
Some of the response for CS remained me to secure the watch and wear the correct strap etc etc. And a link where to buy a new one.
yesterday I lost the replacement with silicone band. The response for CS was the same. These things are are expensive and the monthly fee is expensive. Yet Whoop thinks there is no expectation of performance with there devices. And honestly it’s not even so much about then money it’s there crappy attitude
I talk ti least 10 people a week that are athletes looking g for a recommendation about devices in this catagory. I have spoken very favorably for the last couple years, but that is changing. This catagory is getting pretty flooded with devices so I’m going elsewhere. Can’t take the pain that Whoop dishes out to there customers.
