The whoop band has been amazing so far, but I would love some features for weight lifting. I feel like there’s a lot of help for cardio base exercises which has been great but when it comes to weight lifting not a ton. If you could add more features on that or at the very least integrate apps that focus on weight lifting like Fitbod, strong, jet fit etc. having Strava is nice but whoop would easily be the best overall health device and app if they could add that part. Maybe calorie tracking too but mostly weight lifting

Would like to echo this request here. FitBod has tracking for specific excercises, weights and reps for each. Would be great if the Whoop app was able to sync those directly.
Can the Whoop team explain why syncin a workout from fitbod generates X strain but when manully entering the workout through the Whoop interface it gets Y strain.
should be easy to get the muscular load from the fitbod api and import it directly of take the calories burned from Fitbod in Apple health.
They wat it has been setup nod does not makes sense and unacceptable for a compay charging a high subscription. We have seen zero innovation in the last 4 years in terms of integrations

Echoing this sentiment. I’m brand new to Whoop and loving the experience so far, very smooth and automated in every dimension but this one. Asking me to manually enter a weights workout every time is going to get old quick. I’ll just skip it or even worse abandon the platform for something that syncs. Can nothing be done? Or is their a work around to collect set data?

There doesn’t seem to be any response for what is a pretty basic and I would say important feature. Muscular Load is very important and whoop should integrate other app data to whoop so we don’t need to manually enter. Based on the amount of viewers… 350+ and considering that those user are likely on the medium or higher tier of membership this could be a $100,000 issue (assuming just one year lost revenue - could be greater if you take lifetime value of user).. that seems easily resolvable with some programming.

I am promoting this issue since about 2 years and there was not a single update to the strength trainer since its introduction. It’s buggy as hell and feels like it’s in basic beta with just the basic features. And also to be forced to log in it to get accurate strain calculations since the HR issue is still apparent.
And there is not even an option to import data from external training apps. Makes me consider cancelling my membership after 2 years of usage and no improvement.
Plus one to this feature. I tried the muscular load feature and found entering in exercises time consuming during a workout compared to what I use with the strong app. Plus I have years of strength training weights and reps over time. I don’t want to re input everything into the whoop app. Please revisit prioritizing this feature and integrating with Strong.
