Unexplainable Spike in HRV destroys my recovery scores

HRV extreme spikes

Anyone else have spikes in the HRV, extreme spikes. I generally have a low HRV. It’s always been that way, my high is 22 approximately. This doesn’t mean I’m unfit or struggling to recover, it just means I run naturally at a low HRV. But this last few weeks I have seen a huge spike two times going to around 170. Obviously a glitch but this has affected my recovery, it keeps saying HRV average is higher than normal but that’s to be expected with 2 super high readings making my average a lot high…
