Unable to connect whoop to my phone

Explanation of the Issue:

My Whoop device is not pairing with my phone because the blue light does not turn on. I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps and sent more than 10 emails to your support team, but unfortunately, the issue still has not been resolved. The device remains disconnected and unusable, even though it has battery power and the green light is on.

If it’s an iPhone 17 then check this post out. Lots of repeated tap but eventually works. Even if not an iPhone 17 the process might still be worth trying. Solution is mid post.
