No response on API app approval to raise the 10-user limit

We’ve built a WHOOP integration at Timeless (a digital health company in Mexico) that syncs recovery, sleep, workout and cycle data into personalized longevity reports for our patients. It works well and we’ve fully validated it within the current 10-user limit.

The problem: our app is stuck at the 10-user cap, which blocks us from releasing to the patients who are actively asking for it. We’ve followed WHOOP’s formal process — submitted the approval request, followed up through support (case 07396358), and were told it was flagged for internal review — but after ~10 days we still have no decision and no timeline.

Expected usage is modest and predictable: ~50 connected users in the next 60 days, scaling to ~500 by year end, with scheduled syncs a few times per day per user (well under any rate limit).

Is there anyone from the WHOOP Team who can help get this reviewed, or point me to the right person to accelerate it? Happy to share any details needed. Thanks!

@Durkin can you help us? Thanks!

Same here - we have been waiting for a response for over 3 months now

Thanks for chiming in — and sorry you’re dealing with this too. Over 3 months is rough.

Sounds like this isn’t an isolated case, which makes me think a few of us are stuck in the same queue. If anyone else here is waiting on an app approval to raise the 10-user limit, it’d be great to hear your timeline in this thread — the more visibility, the better.

Would really appreciate someone from the WHOOP Team taking a look. Happy to share any details on our end (case 07396358). Thanks!

@msteam would appreciate a hand here!

Yeah it’s getting really out of hand.

I’ve also been waiting for months on end. Created a post here, reached out to mods, contacted customer support, but apparently answering questions or approving the request is too much of an ask. Really doesn’t match the premium product they project to be.
