We also submitted our API approval request over a month ago, and we’re still waiting without any update or timeline.
Meanwhile, more than 100 users are waiting to enable the WHOOP integration in our platform.
This is becoming increasingly difficult for us. We don’t know what to tell our users anymore. The only workaround we can currently offer is to switch to another wearable, which is the exact opposite of what we want.
We fully understand and respect the review process—we’re not asking to skip it. We would simply appreciate an update, a timeline, or if possible, an escalation of our application.
We’d love to bring WHOOP to our users, but right now we’re completely blocked.
Hi there, we’re also waiting on any response from the form. The email used to apply for it is development@join.cc. We’re ready to launch, have implemented the api and woul like to provide this to our current userbase and new users that are already wearing WHOOP. Let us know what information you still need from us to speed up the process.
Adding our submission to this thread — we filed our app LongevityGraph for approval today, July 10, via the Typeform (Client ID 7503e299-3a08-41d1-afef-28fc95e0bdea, developer account under this email).
We’re a clinical platform for longevity-medicine practices: patients connect their own WHOOP via OAuth and their physician sees recovery and sleep alongside their labs. The integration is fully built on v2 (HMAC-verified webhooks, rate-limit compliant, audited deletion on disconnect), and we’re pre-launch with practices onboarding now, so the 10-member cap is our near-term blocker. @msteam — could this be routed to the Integrations & Partnerships team?
Adding our voice to this thread, we have also submitted an API app approval request to raise the 10-user limit but no response yet. Our application has been pending for a few months now, we have users ready to join the app, but the lack of feedback makes it difficult to plan development around the WHOOP API.
Sorry to piggyback but running out of options and patience. We have submitted at least three requests over the past three to four months and have heard nothing. Contacted support who said to submit another request. Yet still nothing. This is becoming increasingly frustrating and is going to force us to move to a competitor if we can’t get this resolved. I do not wish to submit yet another long-winded TypeForm for it to be ignored.

We would love for you to help us! We want to promote and use Whoop in out product, and have many users ready to join. Please do help.
We’re WONE (Walking on Earth), a stress intelligence platform. Our WHOOP integration (recovery, sleep and workout data) is built and validated within the 10-user limit, but we’ve applied for approval twice this year with no response, most recently on June 10 via the Typeform from data@walkingonearth.com.
~20 members are already waiting on WHOOP support, with rollout planned to grow well beyond that this year. Could someone help locate our request and move it along? Happy to resubmit or share any details needed.
Hi @msteam , checking in on our app approval request to raise the
10-user limit. We submitted on May 27 via the Typeform, under the
same email as this forum account.
We’re pre-launch with an App Store submission pending and the
10-member cap is the last blocker before we can ship.
Any update or visibility on the timeline would be appreciated.
Thank you!
@msteam following up, we submitted on July 17 via the Typeform under the same email as this forum account. We’re pre-launch with an App Store submission pending and the 10-member cap is our last blocker, when will it be reviewed ?
@msteam, we reached our limit on 10 users in no time, we’re more than ready to bump up the limits. Please have a look into our case. Our dev client id: 19c73dce-aa77-4f58-aa18-ece47fdf120b, our production client id: 0ab30e07-9387-4837-98ef-f6be1bc48887
@msteam We are ready to move forward past the 10 user limit and are expecting a 1000 users. We need to increase the limit. Please review our case. The Dev client id is: eac7c7d0-d412-44c1-b90c-2d1134b8dd26
Adding our case — we’ve been waiting since February.
Submission history:
Feb 7, 2026 — approval Typeform submitted
Jun 1, 2026 — resubmitted
Mid-July 2026 — resubmitted again
No approval, no rejection, no timeline, no acknowledgment beyond the initial auto-reply. Nearly six months across three submissions.
Worth flagging for the team: @roelof000 above has been waiting since February 6th — one day before our first submission. Two unrelated companies submitting a day apart, both never processed, looks less like two oversights and more like something that broke in that window. Might be worth checking whether early-February submissions landed anywhere at all.
We’re a health platform that syncs WHOOP recovery, sleep, and strain data alongside quarterly lab work. The integration is fully built and validated, including in-app WHOOP screens built to WHOOP’s brand and design requirements. We’re capped in development mode with all 10 test-user slots used, and roughly a dozen members are waiting to connect, most of them multi-year WHOOP subscribers.

@msteam — happy to send the submission email and case number by DM. Just say the word.
Not asking to skip review. At this point we’d take a rejection over continued silence — at least then we can plan.
Adding our case to the thread — we’ve been waiting since March.
Submission history:
Mar 12, 2026 — approval Typeform submitted
Jul 20, 2026 — resubmitted
Jul 27, 2026 — support case opened
No approval, no rejection, no timeline. Just the initial auto-reply about the 10-user limit.
We’re Optimize, a Dutch health platform (optimizelifestyle.io) that combines quarterly blood biomarker testing with wearable data and structured 12-week coaching cycles. The WHOOP integration is fully built and validated — recovery, sleep and strain flow into our app, with WHOOP screens built to your brand and attribution requirements. We’re capped in development mode and members are actively waiting to connect, most of them long-time WHOOP subscribers.
@msteam@Durkin — I see from earlier posts in this thread that the team sometimes can’t locate a submission, so I’ve included the email used for the Typeform above. Happy to send the case number or anything else by DM.
Not asking to skip review — at this point we’d take a rejection over continued silence, so we can plan either way.
It seemed like something was about to happen but then all of a sudden, everything stalled. Again.
It’s been another month and still waiting for approval even though I’ve received multiple messages telling me that they’d be happy to approve. What happened? What makes this so difficult?
