If your WHOOP Stress Monitor is lagging or having syncing issues, here are some steps to help fix it:

Make sure the WHOOP app is open and running in the background on your phone.

Check that Bluetooth is enabled and your WHOOP device is within range.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).

Disable any power-saving modes or battery saver settings on your phone, as these can restrict background activity.

Try force closing the WHOOP app and reopening it.

Restart your phone to clear temporary performance issues.

If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the WHOOP app.
If you want to manually refresh your data, you can pull down on the overview screen in the WHOOP app.
