I have purchase a family plan for 2 people, me and my wife. I cannot add my wife to the plan. she tried to create an account but during the process they asked her to pay for membership. I also went to the WHOOP app and send her an invite by follow the below path, but even with this it still asks her to pay for a plan or purchase the device. this is very confusing and frustrating. Please advise on how to proceed with add her with no additional cost.
More –> MY ACCOUNT –> WHOOP MEMBERSHIP –> MANAGE FAMILY PLAN –> NEW WHOOP MEMBERSHIP
Hey there! When adding someone to your WHOOP Family Plan, the invite must be accepted through the exact link sent from your account. The account creation needs to happen through that invitation flow. If your wife signs up separately outside of the invite, the system will treat it as a new individual membership and prompt for payment.
Here are a few steps that should help:
Make sure your wife opens the invitation link directly from the email or message sent via the app
She should not create an account beforehand. The account should be created as part of accepting the invite
If she already started signing up separately, have her log out and restart using the invite link
Try resending the invite and have her open it on the same device where she plans to complete signup

When you send the invite through: More → My Account → WHOOP Membership → Manage Family Plan → New WHOOP Membership,
you’ll be prompted to enter your wife’s email address.
That invitation is sent directly to her email inbox, so she’ll want to:
Check the email you entered (including spam/junk folders just in case)
Open the invite from that email
Use the link in that email to complete account setup (without signing up separately first)
If the email was entered incorrectly or she didn’t receive it, you can resend the invite from the same section in the app.

When I sent the link via INVITE THEM TO PURCHASE, they will get a device as well. However, during may first family plan purchase I already get two devices. How can I fix this
