We recently purchased a family plan (2 person - £420) and received two bands but only one account is activated. From that account I cannot activate the other (currently shown as pending activation) as Whoop does not allow me to send an invite link to the second user without them purchasing a whole new membership.
I have reached out to the support chat and they have asked me to try removing the family member from pending but this is not an option on the app (fully updated). I have tried swiping, double tapping and holding and nothing happens.
I have emailed the support team and all I received were AI responses which have since stopped replying.
