Hi! I’ve noticed on some users’ screenshots this little flame icon with a number on it. As I understand, it shows the days with the band.
How does it appear? I’ve been wearing the band for 50 days now (only take it off in the shower), but I don’t have anything like that.
I wrote to support, but they couldn’t help me

If your fire streak (WHOOP Streak) icon is not showing up, you can try some basic troubleshooting steps to refresh the app and connection:
Force close and reopen the WHOOP app.
Make sure your app is updated to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
Check that your WHOOP sensor is connected (battery and connection status visible in the top-right corner of the app).
Refresh the app by swiping down on the Home screen.
Restart your phone if needed.
Let us know if that fixes this issue.
Yes, support suggested that I do all this, I even filmed the process on video, none of this helps.
Did anyone ever figure out how to fix this?
I’ve never had my streak appear even with 1100+ days. Are there too many days for the space? Hahaha just wondering! I submitted a bug ticket via Coach AI tonight. Those recommended steps from others and through Coach AI/Support did not fix anything. Thanks!
