As the title suggest, I am missing a feature within strength trainer to more easily navigate between my different workouts. Having several different programs during the week to hit different muscle groups while also rotating between programs every quarter or so, one ends up with quite a lot of different programs.
Hopefully this isn’t the most difficult feature to add, but it would certainly be a huge quality of life upgrade.

Can I adjust and add to this idea?
From my POV, the AI coach can post “pending” activities when one commits to something. Why not extend this to strength trainer activities? Permit for them to be separated in the log but be put into a folder as well? Or revise the activities page to have “Strength Training” as another category line recovery, strain, sleep (should be revised to be Cardio, Strength Training, Recovery, Sleep).
