many of us have physically demanding jobs. I’ve tried using manual labour to enter my strain level, but that’s overload. It’s not eight hours of manual labor. How would you enter your physically demanding job? For example, I am a massage. Therapist and the majority of my clients are intense, deep tissue athletes. It’s extremely taxing on my body, but it doesn’t read as cardio or elevated heart rate. But it can be like doing push-ups for an hour at a time. Some are heavy loads, some are moderate. It would be nice to be able to enter each hour of the day more accurately. I would love to see a physical job setting with a light, moderate, and heavy load option. Any thoughts?
