I am experiencing the same issues listed above with the MG tried everything from a change of strap to following ALL the steps given in the link you shared nothing works. The last email I received from Support was to make sure my firmware is up to date. It is, I check every other day for an update. My last successful ECG reading was on 18th June 2025.
The final email I received from Whoop support was on 25th June 2025 saying my “We are closing this request for now, but rest assured, we are working on this issue, and you should expect to see improvements very soon”.
It is not reassuring at all. No tentative timeline? What is the actual issue?
I would also like to hear from a specialised rep on the next steps. As a first time Whoop user, I am very disappointed. The back and forth is frustrating.
