I have completed the following today
HIIT - Strain score 14.2
Cycling - Strain Score 6.6
Walking - Strain Score 5.1
Total should be 25.9 but the main strain score for today is showing as 15.8. Have I misunderstood how this 15.8 is calculated?

Great question! Strain isn’t just a simple total of all your activities because it’s calculated on a logarithmic scale. In other words, the higher your Strain gets, the more effort it takes to move it up another point—and each extra bit of effort counts for less than it did earlier in the day. That’s why your Day Strain won’t just be the sum of all your workout Strain scores.
Your Day Strain reflects everything your body does, from structured workouts to the effort you put in during daily life. It will always be at least as high as your biggest single activity Strain, but not a straight addition of them all. This method gives a truer sense of your total load on the body and helps you keep the right balance between effort and recovery.

Hey everyone,
I think my WHOOP might be having a bit of an issue — my strain isn’t increasing throughout the day anymore. It only shows the strain from my morning workout, but normally I’d see additional strain from daily activity as well.
Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix?
