Hello. I find the weightlifting activity under appreciates the calories and strain as based on HR ect. I did a custom activity and included my weights and reps. But I can’t select it again. My question is, is there a way to set up an activity for example “back workout” “chest workout” “legs workout” with all the weights and reps and then select it again when do that workout so don’t need to enter all the data again? Thanks for any help.
Hey @ddsweet - thanks for the post! Sounds like you’re looking to confirm how to create and save a custom Strength Trainer workout. Good news is, that’s a built-in functionality of the feature. Here’s how:
Open Strength Trainer, where you can choose from:
-
WHOOP Workouts - do an existing in app workout
-
My Workouts - make your own by tapping Create New Workout
[this is what you want to hit!]
Creating a New Workout
-
Name the workout
[here’s where you can input one of your titles, like “back workout" for example] -
Add exercises and/or supersets
[this is where you'll input details like your weight and reps]-
Select the (i) icon to view exercise details.
-
If your exercise is not in the WHOOP exercise library, select Add Custom Exercise to receive a Muscular Load calculation.
-
-
Start Workout
You can see these steps and more Strength Trainer guidance in our support article here. Can you let us know if this answers your question fully, or if you’re hitting any other snags with the features?
Have a great day!
