Yesterday it appeared my device wasn’t working with my app correctly, my device was on but none of my data was updating on the app. I rebooted the device, restarted the app and my phone twice. Then I decided to log out of the app and log back in.. Error, it then asked me to enter my details like a new account and took me to a payment page.. I already have an account so I closed and tried again. Now it asks me for my email and password then on the next page asks for my name and username when I enter my username then goes “username taken” well duh its my account… I have emailed support but have not heard anything back and as I am still paying for the app I am getting frustrated.

Typically, if you log out of your app and are not able to log back in easily, that’s an indication the email for your active account is different than the one you’re trying to log in with. We recommend double checking your email and trying a different one to get successfully logged in.
