They nickel and dime you your entire membership for anything, and force you to submit images and documentation for replacement hardware and FORCE YOU to dreadfully experience a lengthy survey process if you try to cancel your membership. Scumbags. Oh!! Btw, don’t buy their $60 whoop straps!! You can buy them on Amazon for like $10. My gift to you all!! They also are claiming to be a medical device without going thru the FDA approval process like all other companies to save money!
