Hi! I am very new to whoop (around 4 days) and I have been getting very inaccurate readings for sleep. We have a newborn so I am up constantly at night and it was to the point last night where I ate a bowl of cereal while feeding our little man and whoop suggested I was asleep…. I know I can manually go and edit this session but I don’t want to waste our money on something that is less accurate than my Apple Watch. Is it still calibrating or is this just how the whoop is designed? if it looks like you are sitting than you are sleeping? A frustrated and sleep deprived mom.
Not with a newborn but with a 2yo here
.
I had a similar experience recently, stayed awake for 1h during the night. Whoop accurately logged it, however when I check the sleep performance from the charts it’s not immediately visible where I was asleep because my heart rate stayed the same all the time.
But when I check the breakdown, in Awake I had the correct numbers. So for me it was just a visual thing.
Hope this helps. (i’m also wearing an apple watch btw)
I have been using the WHOOP for a week. It has never been right not even once. It has been off by 1.5 hours after i went to bed, last night it was an 1 hour early before i went to bed and had me taking a nap….frankly its a piece of crap. My garmin is much better than whoop its not even close. And please monirators I spent hours reseraching this…I am wearing it on my wrist making sure fit is right….its a piece of crap, not worth the money….I would send it back & get your money back
