Why is the membership on my app wrong?

On May 11, 2025, I ordered my new Whoop MG, added the 12-month extension for Whoop Life, and paid $448.27 (Order #B44490417). Today, my app shows that I have the Peak membership, not the Life, and recommends that I get the Life membership. How do I correct this??

Running into the exact same situation today. Paid for Life membership but it says I have a Peak membership.

Maybe, like free upgrades of the hardware, paying for a Life membership isn’t really paying for a Life membership :face_with_monocle:

Facing the same exact issue. Seems like a bug in the software update. Hopefully resolved quickly at the backend.

Same. But it was correct until today when I upgraded the security. Guessing it’s a glitch for now.
