Why am I being asked to pay for a 12 months membership in order to get the new whoop although I have an active membership with 9 months left

I was told that whenever a new model of whoop comes they will send
It for free, so why am I being forced to extend my membership in order to get the new band

same here. I also don’t understand why my only other option is to pay a fee and on top of that shipping for something that should be part of the subscription.

I feel the same. I bought my whoop 4.0 with the assumption of hardware upgrades.

I’ve just updated for the full 12 months and they’ve added tax and delivery fee AFTER the payment was recieved. In no time did this come up BEFORE I made a purchase. This is deliberate and I feel scammed by an additional 50 dollars, and I don’t think I would have made the purchase. Money gone immediately when I pressed send.
