My whoop did not sync my data although i charged it and the strap is well around my wrist , everything is updated , i waited about 2 to 3 hours and nothing happened.
Just let me know what can i do and please i need a practical solution for this as it bothered me a lot and can not do my training well
I’m facing an issue with my Whoop 4.0 device. It’s not syncing data from the band to the mobile app.
I purchased a 2-year membership on September 1st, 2025, and the device worked fine for a few days. However, it has now stopped syncing , the app only shows live heart rate data, and no other metrics (sleep, recovery, strain, etc.) are updating.
The app has been showing “data syncing” for nearly a month, but no new data appears.
I’ve already tried the following steps:
Disabled Low Power Mode on iPhone
Enabled Bluetooth and Background App Refresh
Restarted both the device and the app
Unfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue. Could you please help me identify whether this is a device issue or a syncing problem with the app?
