Whoop's Customer Service is disappointing to say the least

I have been a member of Whoop since 2022 and never had any issues until last year when I switched to Whoop 5. My Whoop keeps disconnecting from my phone so I keep losing data whenever this happens. I have opened many tickets as this has been happening periodically and lately it has been happening more frequently and all I keep receiving is the same answers, the same steps and no real resolution. At this point, I KNOW the Whoop is not working properly as this never happened with my old whoop and as this never happens to my boyfriend who has the whoop 5 as well, however Whoop will not send me a new device or refund the subscription. I will not renew my plan going further if this is the kind of service I’m getting after being a loyal customer for the past 4 years, purchasing many bands and recommending the whoop to multiple friends who have purchased the device since. I will certainly not recommend this anymore, quite the opposite for sure.

Hi @Carosoto - I am so sorry you are still experiencing this. Could you confirm that this is the best email to reach you? I was only able to find one ticket from last July and want the team to be able to reach out to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
