WHOOP Will Not Turn On, No Sensor Light, Cannot Pair

I am experiencing a problem with my WHOOP device:

  • My WHOOP band does not turn on at all, no indicator light or sensor activity, even after charging with the battery pack for a long time (the battery pack light keeps blinking green).

  • I have tried double-tapping the band, but there is no response.

  • When I try to pair in the app, sometimes the device name appears but pairing always fails (it shows “Connection Failed”).

  • I have tried all troubleshooting steps, including switching charger cables, cleaning the charging pins, and restarting my phone, but nothing works.

I have the exact same issue. Do we get a replacement? We paid for a year for this to work.
