WHOOP this is a TERRIBLE way to do business

I finally got on the Whoop train a few months ago and bought the 4.0, the latest version at the time. I’ve lost my battery, went to buy a new one. the 5.0 isn’t compatatible? really? can’t buy the 4.0 anywhere so now after a few months i have to buy a new one for $300???

this is a disgusting way to to do business. you should be ashamed of yourselves. There isn’t even help email or number.
