In February I purchased 30 WHOOP devices on behalf of my organization (Team Liquid, the biggest esports organization in the world) to run a truly innovative project bringing together your data and game data to draw conclusions about player health. This is something that has never been done in our industry before.
After we purchased them we attempted to create our own app via your website to bring our players online, and this is where the issues started:

The event we needed the app for was in March, the app was never approved nor did we get any feedback before the event. This meant we had to use the standard app that only allows 10 users. To our knowledge our app is still not approved.

The data we get through your API isn’t as complete as we’d like. You store heartrate, but the API doesn’t show this. In addition it shows data by day which is not granular enough.

We are interested in whether WHOOP would find this interesting for a partnership. I have emailed your partnership team but gotten no response. Even if it would just be to share media attention this story could get.
In conclusion, we bought 30 devices with a PEAK membership in addition to bicep bands which all together was not cheap, and have received 0 support from WHOOP to actually use these devices in a way that works for our project. This has created a negative feeling towards the product, we are even wondering if we have options to fully cancel all 30 devices and get part of our money back.
