Whoop suddenly stopped showing any data

Hi, My whoop is suddenly not showing any data today. I’ve tried all the instructions to reboot, unpair/pair, logout/in. Kindly assist

Here are some additional steps to try for your WHOOP not showing data:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and WHOOP is connected.

  2. Toggle Bluetooth off and on again.

  3. In the WHOOP app, go to Device Settings and tap “Sync Now” to force sync.

  4. Check for any WHOOP firmware updates in Device Settings and update if available.

  5. Make sure the WHOOP app has all necessary permissions enabled on your phone.

  6. Keep your WHOOP strap on your wrist and your phone nearby with a stable internet connection to allow syncing.

  7. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the WHOOP app and repeat the above steps.

I do not see a sync now option under device settings. I have often wanted to force the sync to happen because the pull-down from the home tab is usually 5 minutes behind the real time.
