while I was out on a bike ride with my phone in my jersey pocket I have somehow extended my subscription a further 2 years at a cost of £384 even though I’m only 6m in to my initial 12m subscription. I haven’t done this and now I am very short of cash as it doesn’t seem a straightforward process to actually get a human involved the AI response is good but things like this shouldn’t take days to resolve
Did you managed to get your case resolved? Did they refunded?
Same thing happened to me yesterday. My subscription valid till end of year but unexpected renewal charge happened yesterday.
Hi, still waiting for initial contact from Whoop support following my chat with the AI.
Refund denied. Total BS.
Whoop are a company with no morals. Not having this money they have taken without my consent couldn’t of happened at a worse time.
Pure greed with no regard for a users wellbeing.
It seems to be impossible to speak to or message a human.
Further update. I have managed to contact a human at Whoop via messaging on X. They have dealt with it very promptly and resolved the issue for which I am very grateful.
Still don’t like the stress all of the AI responses have caused. Can’t beat human interaction.
