Posting to see if anyone’s had this or found an actual fix, because WHOOP support isn’t getting anywhere with it after several weeks.
Activities from Strava aren’t reliably importing into WHOOP. It’s inconsistent — e.g. two weight-training sessions logged via Hevy to Strava in the same week, one imported fine, the other didn’t. Same with rides recorded on a Garmin Edge 840 — one synced, the next didn’t. I can’t find a pattern by activity type, data source, or duration.
What I’ve tried (support has had me do all of this):
- Disconnect/reconnect the Strava integration in the WHOOP app
- Update both apps
- Restart phone
- Full uninstall/reinstall of both apps
- Confirmed Strava has never been linked to a different WHOOP account
None of it has changed anything — still roughly 1 in 4 activities silently fails to come across, no error, it just doesn’t appear.
Has anyone had similar issues or any other ideas to fix?
