Whoop sleep planner wants me to go to bed later, despite that this would wreck both consistency and sleep need

This makes no sense the last nights it suggested I sleep at 22:45 which makes sense because despite having sleep debt it takes consistency into approach

Now that I’ve had 5 nights of consistent sleep I’d imagine it would start prioritising sleep need by having me go to bed earlier, making a trade off between consistency and sleep need

Despite this however it wants me to go to bed later?

If it was because of the late sleeps 6 and 7 nights ago then surely it would rather say I should sleep later in the previous nights not now that I’ve stuck to a consistent sleep schedule

I don’t know the science behind it nor do I understand the algorithm. But I experienced the same things. I just do what I think is best and try to go to bed and wake up at about the same time every day. Still my sleep metrics are wild :rofl:
