Hello I noticed that the sleep consistency doesn’t considered time zone differences. For example I traveled from New York to to London yesterday, my sleep consistency is low today even though I slept around the same time. When checked the details it seems that WHOOP is not considering the time zone difference
I have the exact same issue and it’s so incredibly annoying. I travel once every ~6 weeks to very different time zones, and each trip hits my sleep consistency for ~2 weeks, despite going to bed and waking up at exactly the same time outside of red eye flights. The sleep coach says I’m doing every exactly right but that “WHOOP is more designed for people that don’t travel.” Ok… but just don’t apply the local time zone to ALL my historical sleep data! Simple as that!
Great bringing this issue to the forefront. I also travel to many different time zones for days at a time to many different destinations each month. The Whoop never seems to catch up and skews actual sleep performance as a result.
Is it possible to add a travel mode or have the option of inputting local times to sync the Whoop?
I agree with earlier posts justifying the membership without the ability to have accurate data
