Since updating my WHOOP’s firmware, I’ve been getting conflicting connection statuses in the app.
When I pair it, I get the “Your strap is connected!” confirmation. But after tapping Continue and returning to the main screen, it goes back to “Connecting…” or shows the device as disconnected.
The confusing part is that I can still see the battery level at times, other parts of the app say it’s connected, and my phone’s Bluetooth settings also show it as connected. The Device Settings page can even show “Connected to WHOOP” at the top while saying “WHOOP Disconnected” below.
I’ve tried reconnecting repeatedly, but the same thing keeps happening. Screenshots attached.
Has anyone experienced this after a firmware update? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
