Whoop recovery insights seems to be fixed to US timezone

My Whoop changes time zones eventually. However it looks like recovery insights is fixed to a US time zone. I bought mine in the US but live in Asia. Whoop recovery insights says I work out late at night when I actually work out first thing in the morning. How can the app adjust for time zones for recovery insights ?

Hi @MarkHLeslie, thanks for the note. WHOOP should automatically adjust your recovery and activity tracking to your local time zone, but sometimes there’s a syncing delay, especially after moving across time zones or if your phone hasn’t updated. Usually, WHOOP pulls its time settings directly from your phone. A quick fix is to double-check your phone’s system time zone and make sure your WHOOP app is up to date and running in the background. If it still looks off, try closing and reopening the app, or even restarting your phone and the WHOOP app—that often “nudges” the insights to update.

If you continue to see your Recovery insights stuck on US time, I recommend reaching out to WHOOP support so they can troubleshoot in detail. But usually, keeping your phone time accurate and letting the app sync does the trick!
