Whoop order HELP PLEASE

I had a WHOOP that I returned a month ago. Today I decided I wanted to have one again, so I installed the app and subscribed to Peak intending to subscribe and also receive a wireless charger. However, I subscribed because it asked me to activate, and I only received an email about a subscription extension, but I do not have a device nor did I enter an address for anything to be sent. I need help, I want my WHOOP and the wireless charger.

Hi @afonsofrederico Thanks for taking the time to write in! It looks like when you logged back into the WHOOP app and subscribed to Peak, a membership was activated on your account — but because no device was added to an order and no shipping address was provided, a WHOOP device (and wireless charger) were not ordered. That’s why you received an email about your subscription, but nothing was shipped.
