I am day 3 of a 30 day (more like 25 day) trial. Last night, it did not record hours of sleep.
I followed ALL the steps in-app AI support suggested.
Nothing worked.
in-app AI support suggested contacting support by email. i assumed this would be an actual human.
“Support” via email turned out to be an AI generated response identical to the AI support given.
To say I am at a loss and gravely disappointed with the trial so far would be a huge underestimation…I absolutely dont believe it is due to lack of contact as it is snug, and the lack of human support is causing more stress and time than it is surely worth.
The only thing I can potentially consider doing different is fasten it so tight it is uncomfortable. I cannot fasten to my arm above the wrist as it will slide down and get slack, so I can leave it where it has been working fine up until last night, (snugly on my wrist) and potentially ruin my sleep due to the lack of comfort…
I started the trial due to the need to track sleep.
Think I may switch to apple watch or am auora ring at this rate!
Can a human being who works in support help me please or is this too the wrong place to get support?
Anyone got any ideas? Its version 50.37.1.0
