For the past two nights my WHOOP hasn’t recorded any sleep at all. The entire sleep window is missing.
What’s strange is that everything works perfectly once I wake up — strain, workouts, stress, heart rate, etc. So the sensor is clearly recording data during the day.
But during the night it’s almost like the device just stops recording entirely.
I even tried manually adding the sleep, but WHOOP still shows the “no data” indicator, meaning there’s literally nothing recorded for that period.
Before anyone suggests the usual basics:
-
I’ve had WHOOP for 1022 days straight, so I know how it should be worn.
-
Strap placement is correct.
-
Sensor is clean.
-
The app and Bluetooth are working.
-
And everything else that this AI generated response is telling me to do
Since it captures data normally during the day but nothing at all during sleep, it feels more like a firmware/app bug or sleep detection issue rather than a hardware problem.
Need to know what’s going on
