WHOOP misleading and confusing upcycle process

I will likely be cancelling my WHOOP membership which is a shame. I thought WHOOP was different from the other “corporate” models, and had a friend who was an original exec. I was excited about this organization and was impressed with the idea of “upcycling” devices and a discount membership options as a responsible idea. I purchased these options as a Christmas surprise for my son.

After 2+ weeks of “customer service” emails debating what the additional membership entailed, where it could be applied, and what gifts they would honor, WHOOP is not honoring my purchase. Terrible customer service, contradictory emails, and no efforts to put the customer first.

Tell everyone you know, “save some money, get an Apple Watch, and don’t waste your time!” $359 a year…
