Whoop MG only connects to phone, when the phone is restarted, if I loose Bluetooth connectivity after it will not pair again until the phone is restarted again. also it does not show up in the Bluetooth devices.
spoke to all reps and chat BOTs and performed all the necessary step to connect.
its been happening for the past two months, even got a replacement device.
its driving me crazy
device is fully charged. software and firmware is up to date.
