Whoop MG upgrade on family plan

Hey y’all, I just upgraded to the Whoop Life membership and ordered the Whoop MG for myself. I am on the family plan. My family member is wanting to upgrade as well. His membership has already been converted to the Whoop Life subscription as well. However, I have been unable to find any place to place an order for his new Whoop MG device. I have checked on both my application and his. Additionally, I have reached out to Whoop and followed the instructions to look within the membership plans within the application and this has been unhelpful. Any help would be great, thanks.

Hi @cdunbar, thanks for writing in. I recommend you reach out to support again for this one (I’m assuming you’re the family plan admin). Since a family member’s membership has already been converted to WHOOP Life, the family plan admin will need to contact WHOOP Support directly to order the WHOOP MG device for the family member.
