I have had the new MG for 7 days. Battery pack stopped working. Would only charge to 50%. Now I can’t get the battery pack to come on or recharge at all. Not Happy with the product at all.

Same issue with my 6 month old Whoop 4.0 battery pack. Completely unresponsive.
