Whoop MG - 1 week old bricked while charging - replacement

Hello, I have just upgraded from 5.0 to mg - after one week my mg has bricked it self while charging - I have created a case: 05337207. But not sure where to find the information/details for this if the whoop team reply to me.

Hi @Kpat123 . Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you have an open support case and they are sending you a replacement sensor. They reply via the email you input into your support request, or the email associated with your membership/app (whichever is applicable). Did you get that email yesterday?
