Whoop membership not working

I cancelled my free trial then spent 300 bucks on a new 2 year whoop one membership and now it says my account is expired. What should I do?

I have the same exact issue (but I only paid for 1 year). My new device showed up today. I logged into my app and added my new device (even upgraded the firmware). It says Membership Expired in big red letters at the top.

Yeah and it won’t let me do anything in the app, have any clue what to do?

Good day! Can you, please, tell me where I can add this new MG device to the cart? I want to buy a membership and get MG for free, but there’s no opportunity for that on the app

getting nowhere with customer service - trying to extend membership and upgrade to 5.0 - email replies come quickly, but are no help at all - follow the guidance and get no where - extremely frustrating
