Whoop Labs Survey Issue

I see the new Whoop Labs survey where you can upload DEXA scans results. The problem is that, when you select the upload option in Typeform, nothing comes up. It doesn’t load a menu or dialogue. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am having the same problem on an Android phone. I’ve updated the app and everything.

Thank you for flagging this. Our team is actively investigating this matter.

The help response said that we couldn’t upload dexa, just bloodwork purchased through the app. I believe it’s a miscommunication- I hope.

Any chance that was an AI response?

I went through the email version (the chat bot was terrible), but who knows anymore.

I honestly feel insulted- this is my latest response, despite being directed to upload a pdf file by the app:

I understand how that survey prompt can be confusing. The question that asks whether you’d like to analyze “bloodwork, DEXA, or both” is simply gauging your interest for future Labs capabilities—it doesn’t unlock an immediate way to upload a DEXA file.

Here’s what’s happening:

• Current functionality: Advanced Labs can only process blood-test results that are ordered directly through the Labs feature.
• DEXA status: We’re exploring ways to include DEXA scans down the road, which is why the survey presents that option, but upload support isn’t available yet.
• What to do in the meantime: Feel free to select the option that best reflects your interest, then continue through the rest of the survey. Your response helps us prioritize upcoming features.

If you’d like to track your body-composition changes now, you can still:

• Manually log weight, lean body mass, or body-fat % in the Trends view (Home tab ➜ My Dashboard ➜ choose metric ➜ Enter Data).
• Connect a WITHINGS Smart Scale for automatic syncing of weight and body-composition metrics.

… I don’t think they know their own app.

Yeah, this is definitely an AI response. Even their email support goes through their agent first, and it doesn’t seem to know what features are out now.

I’m also having this issue. I get to the 3rd prompt, and nothing happens when I click the “upload documents” tile. It will not let me continue on to the next prompt without uploading a document either.

I have the same problem also. I followed the directions in the survey to save blood test results as a pdf. I know where it is saved on my Android phone but the upload prompt doesn’t open any way to select the file. And now I’m getting a notification in the Whoop app that this is my “last chance” to take part in the survey.

Same, I got the Last Change notification too. It’s such a bummer…

Yup. Makes me wonder if anyone was able to upload the files?

Tried again today, this is not “solved.”

The study is closed. Do you know if it will be fixed and reopened?
