Whoop is running big fraud by not allowing replacement

It has been over a month, I have exchanged many emails with support but still I do not know how I can get replacement sensor. They have shared a link but that says item not available with no indication on what it will be available. I am extremely disappointed by the behaviour of whoop towards their customers.

When you go to the shop link, you’ll need to sign into your account. You’ll find the “Sign In” button on the top right of the screen. This is so WHOOP knows which membership tier you have and ensure you are ordering the correct replacement. For reference, you can find links to all replacements at the bottom of this support page.
