I worked out last night and the Whoop stopped working. No lights come on, it appears disconnected from the app, and it doesn’t detect my pulse. It’s not a battery issue because it was at 50%.
come faccio a farmi mandare un altro whoop
Hi @ciccio04,
Here are some steps to try to get it working again:
-
Charge your WHOOP sensor using the WHOOP battery pack. Make sure the charger LED lights up and the sensor clicks into place. Wait about 60 seconds and see if the sensor turns on.
-
Remove the sensor from your wrist and wait for the green lights on the bottom to turn off.
-
Hold the sensor by its sides and tap the top of the sensor firmly and continuously until the side LED indicator pulses blue, indicating it is in pairing mode.
-
Force close the WHOOP app on your phone, then reopen it.
-
In the WHOOP app, go to Device Settings and try to pair the sensor again.
-
Restart your phone fully (power off and on).
-
Ensure your WHOOP app and phone OS are updated to the latest versions.
If the sensor still does not respond or show any lights after charging and trying these steps, it may be a hardware issue and you’ll need to reach out to support@whoop.com.
